a little bit more about me

I am a senior at DePaul University studying journalism and digital marketing. I recently wrapped up my internship with WGN-TV, where I learned a lot about the behind-the-scenes of television news!

I am currently in my second-year of being the News Director for Radio DePaul, where I have the honor of coordinating a team and directing a show to present a 15-minute newscast weekly. I previously anchored for Good Day DePaul, and I interned at Schwab Network last fall.

I have a crazy passion for broadcast and entertainment journalism. Growing up watching entertainment news, I didn't always appreciate the way women and children were discussed. With that being said, I aim to increase the respect toward these groups in the media and change their narrative.
